For today’s Inspiring Mondays post, I will be discussing one of my favorite Yoga asanas series: the Surya Namaskar (sun salutation). Hello people, can you believe it is the last week of January already? Someone once told me, time flies when you are spending it well. I can say this is true for me right now – putting together all these posts on a daily basis does make me happy! So here’s to more sparkle and cheer in the coming days.
