Make your own Magic!

We all go through phases when life gets tough and looking for bright spots or silver linings feels harder than usual. If I am feeling particularly lost and exhausted, and nothing seems to help, I abandon all efforts to make massive changes in my life and instead pour my attention into the tiniest of activities that make me happy. Moon gazing, watching reruns of FRIENDS on TV, hot coffee and cake for breakfast, reading in my garden, rearranging my room or just cuddling with my puppy! Travel Wishlist: 2023 Edition

At the start of each year, I make a travel wishlist where I shortlist a few places I want to visit in that year. I wrote a whole blog post at the start of the year on how I was optimistic that this year would be filled with joy and light. Turns out, I was going to experience the true meaning of joy, albeit not in the way I was expecting.  Spring brought with it a terrible wave of Covid which affected my entire family and lasted all the way up till summer. Accidents and illnesses followed our recovery into fall, and winter was particularly harsh as I…

Oh, Hello Again!

Hello there, and I do hope you and your loved ones are safe and well! I know I have been MIA for many months now, but I am happy to announce that I am ready to get back to blogging, and this time I intend to be consistent. Before I talk about anything more, I just want to send out a big thanks to those who have stayed, those who are returning and even those who are new and just discovering my content. I welcome you all to my sparkly space! When I started this blog in 2015, I was…
