Wednesday Sparkle #76: Remembering Bloo!

Does anyone remember this animated TV series called ‘Foster’s Home for Imaginary Friends‘? The show was launched by Cartoon Network in 2004 and ended its run in 2009. I remember watching back to back episodes of this series during that time. It was one of the most funny cartoons on air with endearing characters and crazy story lines! My favorite cartoon character from the show was the mischievous but lovable ‘Bloo’. Part of his charm lies in the fact that one can identify with his several real and believable characteristics. Sparkle #75: Paris in a Day!

Hello everyone! I had so much fun putting together today’s travel Post! As I mentioned last week, I am finally getting to visit Paris for a day in May 2015. They have a high sense of intuition, and tend to be more vulnerable than other signs. I am talking so much about…

Sparkle #74: The No Junk Food Challenge

Happy Monday folks! Last week, I wrote about losing 8 pounds in 2-3 weeks in a healthy way. I have always struggled with maintaining my optimum weight. I grew up as a not so healthy eater, and preferred cake and cookies to green leafy vegetables during my teenage years. Over the last 4 years, along with growing my Yoga practice, I have also became more aware and mindful of what I eat. I am training myself to eat healthy, relish fruits and vegetables, avoid junk and exercise daily. But from time to time, I have a slip here or there! It is so difficult to completely eliminate…

Morning Walk

A morning walk is a great way to start your day! One of the most underrated forms of exercise, a brisk walk can help you maintain weight and get glowing skin. Starting your day early also makes you more productive. I just resumed my morning walk routine (I took a break for the winter) and it feels so good to be back on track. What are you waiting for? Go set that alarm for 5.30 am, you won’t regret it!  Title: Morning Walk Location: Lodhi Garden, Delhi, India Date: May 2015
