Happy News & Bonjour Paris!

It’s finally here! My France Visa got approved yesterday, and I am all set to experience the Parisian summer this year! I have been dreaming about being in Paris for as long as I can remember, and am excited beyond words that this is finally happening. I remember telling my sisters in the winter of 2013, that I will make sure I travel to Paris in the summer of 2015. Silver Linings

Aloha everyone! How has your week been so far? This was the first time in four months that I missed publishing my sparkle posts for three days in a row! First technology gave up on me, and by the time that got fixed, I was completely occupied with visa and other issues for an upcoming travel. The last two weeks have been pretty stressful, and my daily de-stress mantra is this blog, so missing those posts didn’t help! Update: Sparkle Posts Delayed!

Update, April 29: To say I am having a rough week would be the understatement of the century! Technical issues, crazy timelines at work and now the stress of not knowing if I have been granted the Visa for my upcoming travel! The Embassy chose to return my Passport way earlier than expected, and I have no way of knowing if they have returned it after granting the Visa! I will only know once the Passport is delivered. Sparkle #70: How to stay Positive in Tough Times

Hello folks! This week started on a low note as updates on the Nepal earthquake and it’s devastation continued to pour in every minute. Overall, April has not been an exciting month for me. I have been tied down by ‘busy’ work, and my mom’s surgery added to the stress. I feel like I have a lot of catching-up to do on several fronts, and positive thinking is one of them!
