Happy Sunday folks! I have been MIA for a week, because that’s exactly the amount of time it took to get the blog up and running again. Last week was really tough as I saw my site slow down and then disappear in parts before my brother was able to fix the issues to get it back online in it’s original state. I will be honest – I have been slow in picking up the technical nuances which come with running a blog. However, now that the site is growing and I am adding new features and posts everyday, I will have to…
Happy Monday people! Did you notice something wrong with the blog today? It’s loading slower than usual, the newsletter sign up box is missing, the social media buttons on the top of each post are gone and a bunch of features are not working. Even the weekly newsletter did not go out today as usual. Yes, you got it right. I am facing a major technical issue on my blog back-end. I don’t know yet if this is to do with my server and hosting or any other issue, but the blog back-end is not loading in full, which makes it impossible for me to…

To my delight, I discovered…

I practice Yoga daily, and even though it has been 4 lovely years, I know I still have a long way to go before I can call myself a Yogi in the true sense of the word. Over the last few years, I have seen a change in my body structure, eating and lifestyle habits. My current practice is focused more on improving flexibility and mindfulness. I visit lots of websites and blogs to keep myself updated and to learn various tips and…
Update: I made the Mocha overnight oats recipe for my breakfast the day after this post and am so excited to tell you all that it tastes exactly like dessert! The tweaks I made – I added cold coffee (instant coffee powder and honey added to cold milk), dark chocolate powder, walnuts, chia seeds and flax seeds to my oats and let them stay overnight. I topped them with some dark chocolate chips in the morning and started my day with an indulgent yet healthy breakfast! They taste really good, and are super quick and easy to make. Definitely try this recipe when you can! Happy Monday everyone! How has October started…
