Default, HOLIDAYS

Let’s Welcome Winter together!

Happy Monday everyone! November is here, and I am pretty sure all of us can feel the slight nip in the air. Is it just me, or does everyone feel that this year went by way too quickly? Before we even know it, we will be celebrating Christmas and New Years and 2016 will be upon us.

Coming back to November, I am loving the weather these days and cannot wait for it to get cooler! I love winter because it brings with it long nights, hot chocolate, spiked coffee, colorful knitwear and the holiday season. I have always noticed that things tend to get slower during winter – it could be the weather or the fact that we are wrapping up the year. Things also get more joyful with multiple festivals and feasting in every month.

This week on the blog we are going to welcome winter in all it’s glory by doing a series of winter themed posts, but with a small twist! Each day, based on that day’s category, I am going to talk about one specific activity or object which I associate with the onset of winters, and I would like it if you do the same.

For instance, for the Inspired Monday’s post, I am going to talk about my favorite winter workout which keeps me fit and motivated through the cold weather. And you must tell me your favorite workout for the winter season by leaving a note in comments below! It will be fun to hear everyone’s winter stories and associations.

I am really looking forward to hearing from my readers, so please do leave your thoughts, or share a picture/link to your favorite winter moments. Happy winter and have a wonderful week everyone!
